Come Alive
Hey everybody,
We are out here on the spring leg of our Come Alive Tour with Mark Schultz. We had a great time this weekend in Wisconsin and Nebraska! I got to see my sister, Dayna, and her husband, Ty, while in Appleton. We have LOVED premiering our new CD "No Changin' Us". We're headed home for just a few days and then we will be gone, gone, gone, for awhile. We had our new CD and cookbooks out with us this weekend. Listen to how sweet one of the caterers was in Omaha. They pre-ordered our cookbook and then served us some of our own recipes :) They made one of the breakfast casseroles for breakfast and then the "Oklahoma Brisket" for dinner. How thoughtful was that? Anyway, if you haven't pre-ordered the CD and cookbook, they are available in stores today! We are sooooooo excited!!! Tell all your friends.
Also, I wanted to let you know to keep watching the website this week. We have made a homemade video for the song "Love and Laundry”. It's really fun! Hopefully it will make you smile. Come see us on the tour. We might be a little homesick, so it would be good to see familiar faces :)

I am so excited to see Point of Grace when they come to Bend, OR!!! Yeah :) I have been waiting forever to see them come back to Oregon. I have been a long time fan since their first album came out. LOVE POINT OF GRACE !!!!

My sister and I used to pretend like we were Point of Grace...we thought they were just awesome. My sister used to pretend she was Shelley, and that I was Heather. It was so much fun making those memories. I was kind of saddened last night though. I wish they wouldn't change and that they would sing the christian songs like they used to. I also wish that they would dress better. (more modestly) I know there is a lot of people that look up to them, so I think it would be good if they would dress nicely. They harmonized great last night, and some of the things they said made me laugh...I still think they mean good, just a little off track. Hope you don't mind my honesty.

Was able to catch the "Come Alive" tour in my little hometown of Ada, OK. It was big time for us! It was an awesome time and I can only hope they come back again.
I'm a 6'5", 245 lb. former football player that likes to think of myself as a "tough guy". My oldest daughter is getting married in two months. When the ladies performed "King of the World", I looked at my daughter and cried like a baby. And, it happened in public in front of everyone...and I'm not ashamed!
